We are not responsible if you order the wrong item because you did not read the listing properly.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT IMAGES, COLOURS AND VARIATIONS

We try to display products as accurately as possible.

However, product images are for reference only.

Colours, finishes, sizes, packaging, labels, textures, and small details may look different due to:

- Lighting

- Screen settings
- Supplier batch differences
- Manufacturing differences
- Import versions
- Product age
- Storage conditions
- Previous ownership
- Packaging changes
- Minor factory variation

Unless the product is faulty, unsafe, materially different, or not as described under Australian Consumer Law, minor cosmetic differences do not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

SECTION 5 - NEW, USED, IMPORTED AND COLLECTIBLE ITEMS

Oreno may sell new, used, imported, pre-owned, loose, opened, display, second-hand, cleaned, or collectible items.

Used and collectible products may show signs of age, handling, storage, previous display, packaging wear, small marks, fading, creases, dents, scuffs, paint wear, or other cosmetic imperfections.

Where possible, we will describe the product condition clearly.

Customers must read condition notes before purchasing.

Used, rare, imported, discontinued, or hard-to-source items may not be replaceable with the exact same item if there is an issue, because identical stock may not be available.

If a used or collectible item has a condition issue that was clearly shown or described before purchase, that known issue is not considered a new fault.

This does not remove any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 6 - OFFICIAL, FAN-MADE, 3D PRINTED AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Oreno may sell a mix of official products, imported products, fan-made products, 3D printed products, partner-made products, custom accessories, and third-party products.

Where possible, product listings will state whether an item is official, fan-made, 3D printed, imported, used, loose, custom, or supplied by a third party.

Fan-made and 3D printed products are not official products unless clearly stated.

3D printed products may have:

- Layer lines
- Small surface marks
- Minor fit variation
- Support marks
- Texture differences
- Colour differences
- Small cosmetic imperfections

These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not automatically considered faults.

SECTION 7 - BRANDS, TRADEMARKS AND AFFILIATION

Unless clearly stated, Oreno is not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with Takara Tomy, Hasbro, Beyblade, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Pokémon, Bandai, Konami, Disney, Shopify, or any other third-party brand owner.

Any third-party names, trademarks, product names, logos, characters, or brand references are used only to identify, describe, resell, or explain compatibility with the products being sold.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 - PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

- Personal preferences

Oreno does not guarantee that a product will suit every customer’s preferred use, tournament format, play style, collection standard, display setup, or performance expectation.

SECTION 9 - STOCK AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. Stock is only reserved once checkout has been completed and payment has been received.

Oreno may cancel and refund an order if:

- Stock becomes unavailable
- There is a stock counting error
- A supplier cannot provide the item
- The product is damaged before dispatch
- The listing contained an error
- The price was listed incorrectly
- The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or high-risk
- The customer has breached these Terms

If an order cannot be fulfilled, Oreno will provide a refund for the unavailable item or affected order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a parcel is returned to Oreno due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or another customer-caused delivery issue, the customer may need to pay additional postage before the order is resent.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or not delivered, Oreno may assist with a carrier enquiry where possible.

Any refund, replacement, or solution will be assessed based on tracking, carrier investigation, insurance, order circumstances, and Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 14 - PICKUP ORDERS AND EVENT COLLECTION

Oreno may offer pickup or event collection where available.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed location, time, or event.

Pickup availability is not guaranteed for every order, event, or location.

If a customer does not collect their order, Oreno may hold the order, arrange shipping at the customer’s cost, or cancel and refund the order where reasonable.

SECTION 15 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Oreno may accept international orders where shipping is available.

International customers are responsible for checking whether a product can legally be imported into their country.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country or delivery provider.

Oreno is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, customs seizures, import restrictions, unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or delays caused by international postal or courier services.

If an international parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or import restrictions, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any additional postage required to resend the order.

This does not remove any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer laws.

SECTION 16 - PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order dates are based on supplier information, distributor information, release schedules, import timelines, and estimated shipping timeframes. These may change without notice.

Oreno is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, customs, freight companies, couriers, postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.

SECTION 17 - COMBINED ORDERS

If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the full order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Customers who want in-stock items shipped separately should place separate orders or contact Oreno before purchasing.

Oreno is not responsible for delays to in-stock items where the customer has chosen to purchase them in the same order as pre-order items.

SECTION 18 - LIMITED, RARE AND EXCLUSIVE ITEMS

Some products may be limited, rare, imported, discontinued, event-exclusive, hard-to-source, short-stocked, or collectible.

These items may have limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Oreno does not guarantee future availability or restocks.

Rare and limited items may be priced based on sourcing difficulty, market value, supplier cost, rarity, demand, condition, and availability.

SECTION 19 - MYSTERY PRODUCTS AND RANDOM PRODUCTS

By purchasing a mystery product, you acknowledge that:

- The item you receive is random

- Common, mid-tier, rare, and top-tier items may vary by product release
- You cannot request a specific item unless the listing clearly allows it
- Mystery products are not refundable simply because you dislike the item received
- Mystery products are not refundable simply because the item is common, duplicated, or not the item you hoped for

No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are available for mystery products due to their random nature.

This does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, materially not as described, unsafe, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.

Oreno may offer memberships, subscriptions, early access, member-only products, special offers, shipping upgrades, bonus items, giveaways, raffles, or other member benefits.

If a membership or subscription service is changed, paused, or cancelled, Oreno will handle the situation in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 21 - FREE ITEMS, GOODIES, GIVEAWAYS AND PROMOTIONAL EXTRAS

Oreno may provide free items, samples, stickers, bonus products, promotional extras, giveaway prizes, raffle prizes, or other extras.

These are provided at Oreno’s discretion and may vary depending on stock availability.

Free items and bonus items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, substituted on request, or redeemed for store credit.

If a free item is unavailable, Oreno may substitute it, provide a different item, or choose not to include one.

Giveaways and promotions may have separate rules, dates, eligibility requirements, limits, and conditions.

Oreno may sell products at events, tournaments, pop-up stalls, community events, partner events, and hobby meetups.
