OrenoHobbies is based in Sydney, Australia. We sell collectible items, trading card supplies, plushies, hobby products, and other related goods. Some items may be new, used, pre-owned, imported, or collectible. Please read each product listing carefully before ordering.

Processing Time

Standard Orders:

Orders are usually processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

Pre-Order / Incoming Stock Items:

If you purchase a pre-order or incoming stock item, your order will be processed and shipped once the item has arrived and is ready to send.

Mixed Orders:

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order/incoming stock items, the full order may be shipped together once all items are available. This helps keep your order in one complete package.

If you need items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order. Extra shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping — Australia:

Flat rate shipping: AUD $10

International Shipping:

Flat rate shipping: AUD $20

Shipping rates are flat and may not change based on order size or weight unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Promotional codes may be used at checkout where applicable.

Domestic Shipping

Australian orders are shipped from Sydney using Australia Post or another suitable carrier.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, Australia Post delays, and other external issues outside our control.

Estimated Australia Post delivery times are generally:

NSW: 2–4 business days

Interstate: 3–6 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to countries serviced by Australia Post or our available shipping providers.

Estimated international delivery time is usually 10–15 business days, but this may vary depending on customs, local postal services, public holidays, and delays outside our control.

OrenoHobbies is not responsible for customs delays or delays caused by postal services after the parcel has been handed over.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless clearly stated.

If a parcel is refused, returned, delayed, or held due to unpaid customs fees, OrenoHobbies is not responsible for any extra costs, delays, or losses caused by this.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking where available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow time for tracking to update after your parcel has been lodged.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

OrenoHobbies is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, or other external factors.

If your parcel is delayed or appears missing, we will assist where possible with a postal investigation.

A parcel will not be considered lost until the shipping provider confirms it as lost or the investigation has been completed.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

OrenoHobbies is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees to have the order resent.

Product Condition

Some OrenoHobbies items may be new, used, pre-owned, imported, collectible, or sold without original packaging.

Product condition will be listed or shown on the product page where relevant.

For used, pre-owned, or collectible items, minor marks, signs of handling, packaging wear, or small imperfections may be present. These are not considered faults if they were shown, described, or reasonably expected for the item type.

We do our best to clean, pack, and check items before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

OrenoHobbies does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes situations where you:


  • changed your mind after ordering

  • found the item cheaper elsewhere

  • ordered the wrong item

  • no longer want the item

  • did not read the product listing properly

  • expected a different size, condition, or version where this was already shown or described

However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or has a major issue, please contact us as soon as possible with:


  • your order number

  • clear photos or videos of the issue

  • a description of the problem

  • photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair, store credit, or another suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

You must provide clear photos of:


  • the damaged item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

  • any visible damage to the parcel

This helps us assess the issue and, where possible, raise a claim with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item received.

If the mistake was made by OrenoHobbies, we will work with you to fix the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

If the item has a confirmed fault or issue covered under Australian Consumer Law, we will handle the matter according to your consumer rights.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may not be able to be cancelled once they have been packed, processed, or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Pre-orders and incoming stock orders may also be difficult to cancel once stock has been ordered, reserved, or allocated.
