Are your Beyblade X products authentic?

Yes. Products identified as Takara Tomy or Hasbro are authentic official products. Fan-made, novelty or 3D-printed accessories are identified on their individual product pages so you know what you are buying.

Do Japanese Takara Tomy releases include the original box and code?

For Japanese boxed releases where the product listing states that the original box and code are included, the included code is the Japanese (JPN) version. Products sold unboxed or without the original box are clearly identified on their product page.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order dates are estimated shipping timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Supplier, manufacturing, customs and freight delays can affect when stock reaches us. Always check the individual product page for the current estimated timeframe and conditions before ordering.

What happens if I order an in-stock item with a pre-order?

If the pre-order product page states that mixed orders are held, your full order will ship together when the pre-order item arrives. If you need an in-stock product sooner, place it in a separate order.
