Refund & Return Policy

Oreno Hobbies handles refunds, returns and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes situations such as:

• Ordering the wrong item, version, colour, part or quantity
• Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
• Deciding you no longer want the item
• Failing to read the product description before ordering
• Disliking the result of a random, mystery or blind product
• Receiving a duplicate random or mystery item

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@orenohobbies.com and provide:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem
• Photos of the packaging if relevant

We may require the item to be returned or assessed where reasonable.

For a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement where required by law. For a minor problem, we may provide an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy as permitted by law.

Return Shipping

If an item needs to be returned because it fails an applicable consumer guarantee, Oreno Hobbies will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order release dates, arrival dates and shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Supplier, manufacturing, freight, customs or other delays may occur.

A delay to an estimated pre-order date does not automatically create a change-of-mind refund entitlement. However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If we confirm that we are unable to supply a pre-ordered product, we will refund the affected product.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests made before an order is dispatched may be considered at our discretion.

Once an order has entered processing, packing or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This does not affect any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Once we process a refund, the time taken for the funds to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
